Each 30-minute workshop is a progressive virtual animation over 4 workshops:

1-Boost your energy by developing “Listen with attention, and speak with intention”

2-The Hero’s Journey # 1 is the start of the C.I.D.s- Courage, Intention, Challenge, common sense and the collection of ideas

3-The Hero’s Journey # 2 concerns new entrants, voluntary members to deploy the idea.

4-The Hero’s journey # 3 concerns the deployment of the idea in the organization.

The 30-minute journey is based on our approach to the 4 pillars of a successful transformation, C.I.D.s. by going through Courage, Intuition, Challenge, and common sense in Flash mode, necessary skills with which the Manager must renew to support a company in its transformation. It is also an adaptation of Robert Dilts’ Hero’s Journey, based on an illustration by David Sibbet who is at the origin of graphic facilitation.


Support program over 3 times 21 days for your managers

As part of Agile mentoring or support for your managers, the Hero’s Journey is a complete program.

The program that we are offering you aims to awaken the C.I.D.s, acronym for Courage, Intuition, Challenges, Common Sense to support your managers in reaching the collective objective defined at the start of the mission.

In Imago uses the metaphor to rekindle envy, bring out action, and put the manager back into a meaningful role. The metaphor requested in the context of this consultation is that of the Hero’s Journey.

Details of the support program for your managers

The program we offer to support your managers includes 3 envelopes of 21 days to be used over a period of 90 to 180 days, and 90 hours of remote supervision.

  • The Hero’s Journey #1 is a discovery of systemics, metaphors, organizations and alternative postures 
  • The Hero’s Journey #2 allows you to get into the systemic systems of organizations and test new managerial postures to engage autonomous teams.
  • The Hero’s Journey # 3 makes it possible to make the managers of this transformation plan an actor by committing them to co-construct a model of “organizational culture” to integrate new lifestyles in the company

Each of the Trips will lead the Manager to test the different Boss, Leader, and Coach postures. For this, he will go through 3 maturity tests.

These 3 tests are:

The Hero’s Journey # 1: each individually, confronts other Managers to develop their c- Courage, use their i-Intuition, take up their personal c-Challenges in the service of common sense.

Phase 1 : Experience

The Hero # 1’s journey allows peers to revive their creative power, give themselves time to launch initiatives, and test themselves to find new resources within themselves.

The Hero’s Journey #2: The Manager then establishes his leadership, to bring out a collective commitment and carry out a first project. Here again, the manager will be subjected to the C.I.D.s tests to pass this second level.

Phase 2: Anchor

 The Hero’s Journey #2 is the return to the village and the time to confront others to make their ideas grow.

Managers, as part of their initiatives, are invited to implement new collaborative work methods.

  1. To review their mode of communication by integrating agile values ​​or those embarked on by the general transformation of the company, by positioning themselves as an inspiring leader.
  2. The Hero’s Journey #3: The Manager and his aligned teams will be confronted with the system, the organization of the company and once again the CIDs, to bring out common sense, and establish the governance and the bases of an evolving organizational culture *.

Phase 3 : Capitalize

The second trip ends. To leave with even more people, it requires shaking up, simplifying, and generating business value. The managers here will be confronted with the organization, and the objective of the company, that of doing business. For this, they will need to assert themselves and support their initiatives and those of their teams. They will be boss and coach to capitalize on the resources they will have been able to deploy in the 2 previous trips.

*Organizational culture corresponds to the lifestyle of the company that they will have to change to take into account new managerial trends, and allow the emergence of self-organized teams

Balanced support for your managers

This coaching, mentoring will alternate workshops, support phase and work in full autonomy of Managers. The days of workshops and support will be established with the managers according to the initiatives they push.

The support aims at setting up a collective dynamic through learning through experience (test and learn balance).

Individual support is a resource made available to your Managers to individually address specific issues.

Remote supervision also makes it possible to maintain the link between periods of collective work and that in full autonomy.

 Theoretical contributions planned

Depending on the context and the needs that will be detected as your Managers travel, we will invite you to experiment with different theories, postures and skills based on transactional analysis and NLP, the matrix of Boss-Leader-Coach, Emotional intelligence, Agile and Lean knowledge. These different contributions will be brought to you by serious games, immediate action and the implementation of routine or ritual.
