Working from home is coming and going. Thus confirming a new era, where digital is taking hold and marks a decisive turning point in the organization of work.

From the platform company to co-innovation approaches, via innovative alliances, the ecosystems shaken up by the various crises we are going through, take many forms depending on the objectives we set for ourselves (sectoral, territorial, political …). These ecosystems help give the organization a head start in its transformation and resilience.

Let’s take the opportunity to approach work differently!

A new era to distinguish work and artwork in our companies

Hannah Arentz in her book The Condition of Modern Man proposes to distinguish work, as the elaboration of a consumer product and artwork whose objective is to build something that survives us.

The profound modifications of our ecosystems, the upheaval of our values, the ethical order that we want to establish as inhabitants of the earth, respectful of everyone and of everything, puts the question of the work at the center of our concerns.

The way we work together, our relationship to work is shaken up. Inviting everyone to position themselves, in the present, and to find meaning in an uncertain future.

In short, this is a great opportunity to make this period of crises the trigger for an awareness that initiates real change that is beneficial for all. Is not it?

Utopia, or reality, it’s up to you

Self-determination in business could be an avenue to explore. Thus provoking the advent of a new era, where harmony invites itself into our daily lives. Shaking up the relationship to work too locked into a consumerist approach, and inviting everyone to collaborate in the creation of an artwork, thus creating a lasting living environment.

During a BBL- Bring Bag Lunch, I showed the progression of managerial models and introduced a course to implement harmonics within a self-determined team of which here is a summary sketchnote.
