A Human Culture to reset your company

CEO, What is most important in your company?

In 2019, Garvee called out the CEO to take care of “the human culture”. He invited the CEO to go home and notice what is the most important people in the company. He said: “It is your job to know every single people, at each period of time.”

During the containment period, resilient companies were those were able to be closer to their teams. CEO, Executive managers, questioned themselves to allow the emergence of autonomy.

Without employees’ capabilities, proximity, and autonomy are not possible. Innovation and technologies are complicated….

So the CEO have to thinks about the place of the human in your company. Update your culture to the human culture,  to an organic culture. That is key to reset your business
