What is a product vision?
A good vision can be used to accept or reject requirements.
The vision describes the high level of detail we want to achieve with the product in the long run. With the help of a vision, it becomes easier for the team to focus on what is essential.
The owner of the product is the Product Owner. He is the one who defends the vision and communicates it to the outside world. He is the product owner and stakeholder of the vision. By building the vision together, the team participates in its elaboration and promotes a growing understanding and consensus.
The product box is a workshop that allows to collectively build the vision of the product. It includes the objectives to be achieved by the product and its value for the customer. In a word, it summarizes and solves the customer’s problem in a simple and efficient way.
