The boredom is a key!

Boredom is the absence of envy

So I accuse the other of not understanding, of not listening, of not … and if, quite simply, it was a window that we refuse to open on the void, the infinite, on the de-si-re.

Boredom is a closed door at the threshold of our intelligence, the key to our opportunities, the key to action.

Controlling your moods, understanding your emotions, identifying our decision-making biases are the goal of this series of articles on emotions.

Boredom is a key to better understanding our decision-making biases, our impulsive moods, our blues, and lack of action. Boredom is the dark, the blind of our personality.

Blinded we are by our intelligence, that associated with the left brain. Self-confident, to the point of being bored. Our attempts at creativity, the untrammeled paths are little recognized, so in the standard we go deeper. Shriveled, stunted, bored, I tell you!

Boredom is however the emptiness in us, the accuser, the revenge: it is well known, it is the fault of the other of the others, if I cannot do this, express myself … I stay there, passive, sometimes dreamy, sometimes depressed, sometimes amorphous …

Down with the masks, I invite you to follow me in my wanderings, deep within me.

Créer du Lien à distance, Télétravail 2020

First of all, to accompany us, I suggest you cross this communication tool that is the Johari window, the emotional biases represented by the 4 identified territories of our brain, and the broca area.

In 1955, Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham created a communication tool called Johari’s Window. A bit like the schematization of our brain in 2 asymmetric parts, the Johari window highlights 2 distinct areas: the one that we master and the one not mastered. *

Emotional biases are shortcuts that allow us to act spontaneously in the functioning of what is known, our emotional impulses and our feelings.

Behind Johari’s window, I watch …

Behind Johari’s window, I watch the rain fall. I am waiting … The love that will come to break my loneliness, the attentive ear and the consoling shoulder. But there is nothing. As we saw in article 3, loneliness sends us back to ourselves. Boredom does not fill this void!  It amplifies it.

Behind the window, I publicly display my know-how and my expertise. Fear pushing me to the limit, article 1, allowed me to develop my talents. My hidden assets, the shame that I have transcended, article 2. It is this public face known to all, proof of my intelligence. My personality, I show!

Left brain or right brain, I’m playing boredom!

It’s the conventional face, my left brain is my best weapon, I am rational!

But my emotional face, right brain, reminds me that I am more than 2 asymmetric areas of my brain.

To be recognized, I would have to compose, between the 2. But here is the boredom, I only want to be me. The known self or the unknown self. The one that bothers us is being in between.

Little by little, boredom gave way. By dint of accusing others of his boredom. Here we are, facing ourselves. This higher self, the one who leads us to seek meaning, to dive into the abyss, boredom, the abyss of ourselves.

We throw ourselves into the void of boredom, that of our soul. Emptiness is the window to the outside, all the possibilities in the quantum world, the infinite … It is the door of our rediscovered creativity, of all our desires.

It is up to us to push through this door of boredom and enter our De-si-res. In broad daylight, boredom dissolves in favor of a larger universe to build. That of finally being ourselves.

Johari’s window, finally demystified, is at the heart of our Mago**, a communication tool between us and others. A way to overcome our emotional biases, to focus and finally appreciate the sweet scent that is ours.

Boredom allowed us to go to the blind, unknown faces. It allows us to assemble the whole to our faces: blind, unknown, hidden and public.

These 4 faces recognized, we can thus enter into harmonious communication with each one. Are they not themselves one of our faces in this window of Johari?

Will you push open the door, boredom is the key!

To go further, you can use this introspection tool, the coat of arms

Article 1- 2020: for a very pretty women’s decade, is an exercise to overcome our fears. We will have to transcend them, transmute in order to go beyond and evolve in this uncertain, shifting context. I invite you here to revisit this process to open up to a renewal, and to re-born our personal magician. I also invited women to stand up and open up to give the best of themselves. Women are the force for change and the source of birth, and we are in 2020. The 2nd associated with the feminine.

Article 2- Myth or Reality Do companies want a horde of entrepreneurs, it is the shame that I proposed to overcome with a return to oneself. Shame teaches us resilience and our ability to believe in ourselves by inviting us to dialogue with ourselves.

Article 3- Live! simply invites us to explore our loneliness
